Job Description

Job Deception:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Business Developer to lead the identification and engagement of potential donors and partners. The role involves driving outreach initiatives, attending key networking events, and overseeing the development of formal collaboration agreements. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in donor relations or partnership development, with a strong ability to build and manage high-impact relationships across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification of potential donors/partners through online research, direct outreach, forums, and events.
  • Lead the development of awareness and outreach materials and coordinate introductory meetings with potential partners.
  • Attend networking and sector-related events to expand the donor and partnership network.
  • Provide approval on the initial shortlist of potential donors before formal engagement.
  • Oversee the development of MoUs and Donor/Partnership Agreements to formalize collaboration.
  • Provide initial approval of donor/partner communications, MoUs, and other official engagement documents.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in donor relations, partnership development, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is preferred (e.g., MBA, Data Analytics, etc.).
