RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building materials sector.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market presence and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs to inform product development.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and sales, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Provide technical support and expertise in building material product offerings.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction processes, and market trends.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
