We are currently looking to hire a Senior Business Development Engineer, will be at the forefront of identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and positioning GTCI as a trusted partner in the market. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver winning strategies and secure high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new opportunities within the construction and energy sectors.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations, manage deal structuring, and successfully close strategic contracts.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development within the construction and/or energy sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of contracting, construction processes, and project lifecycles.
- Demonstrated success in sales, proposal development, and client negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and market research tools.
