Job Description

The Senior Business Developer is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the conversion of leads into active accounts. The role focuses on managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects to support revenue generation and sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct outreach through email, calls, meetings, and networking activities.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare suitable service proposals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Manage and track opportunities throughout the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in achieving sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 46 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Very good command of English and Arabic.
  • Experience working within a digital, marketing, or creative agency environment.
  • Experience working with GCC markets or clients.
  • Experience using CRM systems or sales pipeline management tools.
