In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our partner's impact in the healthcare industry, working closely with C-level and VP-level stakeholders across multiple states. You will manage a diverse territory and leverage your knowledge of healthcare operations to create impactful partnerships and drive sales initiatives. Accountabilities
- Prospect and build relationships with health systems, hospitals, and public sector healthcare entities.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers including CFOs and CEOs.
- Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through disciplined territory management and CRM documentation.
- Leverage internal SMEs for successful client handoffs and satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events and client meetings for relationship development.
- Travel for client meetings and team collaborations as needed (25%-50%).
Requirements
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle functions.
- Existing relationships and proven success in healthcare sales.
- Ability to engage senior executives in consultative sales.
- Track record of exceeding growth goals within healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years in growth-related roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of the hospital revenue cycle and competitive landscape.
