Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue across multiple markets. The ideal candidate blends strong relationship management with analytical rigor, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a collaborative leadership style to align cross-functional teams toward shared business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and close new partnerships, channels, and enterprise opportunities
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, forecasting revenue accurately and reporting progress to leadership
  • Negotiate terms, manage contract development, and ensure successful onboarding and integration of partners
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market plans
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategy and product enhancements
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and closing strategic partnerships and revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and performance metrics
