Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners.
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to attract and retain clients.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, liquidity providers, and technology providers.
- Foster and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.
Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development efforts.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements in the Forex industry and ensure the company's activities comply with relevant regulations.
- Work closely with the compliance team to implement and monitor compliance processes.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and support in achieving individual and team goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, other languages is a plus.
- Proven track record 3 - 5 years in business development within the Forex industry.
- Existing Portfolio of APAC clients, IB and affiliates is a must!
- Strong understanding of financial markets, Forex trading, and related technologies.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and developing teams.
