I'm working on a highly confidential mandate for a next generation cybersecurity venture based in Abu Dhabi.

This company is building technology designed to protect governments, critical infrastructure, and sovereign digital environments from the next wave of cyber threats.

Think post quantum security, national scale cyber defence, and mission critical infrastructure protection.

They are now assembling a small, elite commercial team and looking for a senior cybersecurity business development leader who thrives on opening strategic doors and building serious enterprise pipeline.

This role is not account management.

This is pure enterprise hunting.

You will be expected to:

Open and win new enterprise and government clients

Build pipeline from zero across strategic cybersecurity accounts

Engage directly with CISO, CIO and ministry level stakeholders

Close complex multi million dollar cybersecurity programs

The mandate is simple: build the commercial engine from the ground up.

Compensation & Environment

AED 30,000 40,000 monthly fixed - No OTE comms

2030% annual performance bonus tied to large enterprise pipeline

Full family benefits including premium medical and visa sponsorship

Schooling allowance up to AED 30,000 per child
