Job Description

We are a leading advisory firm providing financial and commercial advisory on social and economic infrastructure projects across the GCC and Asia Pacific.

Our expertise spans PPP, financial, and transaction advisory across key sectors including health, education, housing, real estate, transport, utilities, renewable energy, and urban development.

We are seeking a Business Development Sr. Manager or Associate Director to support our growing infrastructure advisory practice for government clients in the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on driving growth, building strategic relationships, and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor on high-impact public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies for government and infrastructure sectors.
  • Identify target clients, opportunities, and key decision-makers across UAE and GCC entities.
  • Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships in ministries and semi-government bodies.
  • Monitor market and regulatory trends to anticipate upcoming programs.
  • Support inclusion on pre-qualification and advisory panels.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and government forums.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 510 years experience in Business Development or Consulting in Infrastructure or Public Sector.
  • Strong understanding of UAE government procurement (ADERP, eSupply, etc.).
  • Proven success in securing public tenders or consulting engagements.
  • Established network within Abu Dhabi's infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English.
