Job Description

Finotive is expanding and we are looking for an experienced SeniorBusiness Development Manager with strong industry experience in Prop Trading and CFD Brokerage to lead and scale our global partner network across the Finotive ecosystem.

This is not a junior affiliate role, this is a senior growth position responsible for building and managing one of the largest partnership and affiliate networks in the industry, covering:

  • Finotive Funding Global prop trading firm
  • Finotive Markets Regulated CFD brokerage
  • Finotive Futures Upcoming futures prop trading platform

The successful candidate will take ownership of our entire partner ecosystem and will be responsible for expanding our network of affiliates, strategic partners, trading communities and industry platforms worldwide.

This role will also manage and coordinate our existing affiliate recruiters, setting targets, driving outreach strategy and ensuring the affiliate channel operates as a high-performance growth engine.

Role Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building and leading the partner growth strategy across the entire Finotive ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting high-value affiliate partners including prop comparison sites, trading communities, influencers and educators
  • Building strategic partnerships across the trading industry
  • Managing and coordinating the existing affiliate recruitment team
  • Designing outreach strategies and affiliate acquisition campaigns
  • Expanding Finotive's global partner network across Funding, Markets and Futures
  • Identifying new distribution channels and partnership opportunities
  • Developing long-term strategic relationships with major industry partners
  • Driving measurable revenue growth through the partner ecosystem
  • Representing Finotive at industry expos, conferences and networking events
  • Actively networking with partners and industry participants at global events
  • Supporting the organisation of Finotive's presence at major events and expos

This role is both strategic and hands-on. We expect someone capable of bringing their own network of partners while also building and scaling the next phase of growth.

Requirements

We are specifically looking for candidates who already understand the industry and have existing relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working at a prop firm, CFD brokerage or trading platform
  • Deep understanding of prop trading, forex, CFD markets and affiliate ecosystems
  • Existing relationships with trading communities, influencers and affiliate partners
  • Experience building and managing affiliate or IB networks
  • Strong commercial and partnership negotiation skills
  • A proven track record of growing revenue through partnerships or affiliates
  • The ability to manage and motivate a performance-driven team
  • Willingness to travel internationally for industry events, expos and partner meetings

Experience with futures trading ecosystems is a strong advantage but not required.

Location

This position will be Dubai-based, however candidates may start remotely with relocation expected once the role is established.
