Finotive is expanding and we are looking for an experienced SeniorBusiness Development Manager with strong industry experience in Prop Trading and CFD Brokerage to lead and scale our global partner network across the Finotive ecosystem.
This is not a junior affiliate role, this is a senior growth position responsible for building and managing one of the largest partnership and affiliate networks in the industry, covering:
The successful candidate will take ownership of our entire partner ecosystem and will be responsible for expanding our network of affiliates, strategic partners, trading communities and industry platforms worldwide.
This role will also manage and coordinate our existing affiliate recruiters, setting targets, driving outreach strategy and ensuring the affiliate channel operates as a high-performance growth engine.

Location
This position will be Dubai-based, however candidates may start remotely with relocation expected once the role is established.
