Senior Business Development Manager Fintech

We are partnered with a Leading Fintech looking to hire a Sales Manager to help with the expansion of Saudi

You will be pivotal in expanding their reach, driving revenue, and building relationships with key clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets, including SMBs and enterprise clients.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty, upsell solutions, and maximize lifetime value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and refine approaches in a fast-evolving industry.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and conferences, positioning us as a top-of-mind partner in payments.

Required experience:

  • 5+ years in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in the payments or fintech space.
  • Deep understanding of the payments landscape, client pain points, and emerging trends.
  • Passion for building relationships, with a consultative approach to understanding and solving client challenges.
  • Ability to craft compelling sales strategies and adapt quickly to changing market demands.
  • Articulate, persuasive, and able to connect with clients at all levels.
  • Driven, adaptable, and ready to grow in a high-stakes, high-reward environment.
