Role Overview
The CBDO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for designing and executing growth strategies, expanding the company's global presence, and leading high-performing sales and business development teams. This role requires a strong understanding of the forex and CFD industry, especially within the MENA and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall business development and expansion strategy
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships, IB networks, and institutional clients
- Lead global sales and business development teams toward revenue goals
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth strategies
- Represent the company at international expos, roadshows, and industry events
- Provide leadership and mentorship to regional business development managers
- Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior business development role within the forex/CFD industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Extensive network within the MENA region and globally
- Strategic thinker with a performance-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multi-regional teams and work cross-functionally
- Deep understanding of regulatory environments and FX business operations
