Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead new business development and drive structured finance product sales within the UAE market. This position functions as a senior individual contributor with end-to-end ownership of business generation, revenue delivery, and portfolio expansion. The role requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to manage a high-velocity sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new SME clients across various industries
- Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead sourcing and qualification to deal closure and funding execution
- Develop, monitor, and grow a robust sales pipeline
- Execute proactive outreach via cold calls, emails, WhatsApp communication, and LinkedIn networking
- Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales, revenue, and deployment goals
- Ensure accurate, timely updates and activity tracking within the CRM
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and funding processes
Required Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in lending or loan-oriented financial solutions
- Experience must be within one or more of the following environments:
- SME lending institutions
- Working capital or cash-flow financing companies
- Business loan providers
- Commercial or SME lending divisions in banks
- Structured credit, cash-flow lending, or similar financial product lines
- Solid track record in selling loan products to SMEs (not payments, gateways, or BNPL products)
- Strong understanding of credit evaluation, business viability analysis, loan structuring, and disbursement workflows
- Demonstrated ability to hit monthly loan deployment or revenue targets consistently
- Exceptional negotiation capabilities and the ability to build trusted relationships with business owners and financial stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems is essential
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline, pipeline management, and conversion skills
