Senior Business Development Specialist
Reporting to: Business Development Director
Overview:
As a Senior Business Development Specialist at AB & Associates, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities & leads, as well as nurture and expand relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the consulting industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective strategies.
Business Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
Identify new business opportunities , leads and areas for expansion.
Client Acquisition:
Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services.
Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with operational teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing new business deals.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with operations teams to leverage internal expertise in crafting client solutions.
Provide insights and feedback to enhance service offerings based on client needs.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare regular reports & presentations on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile


Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
years of proven experience in business development or sales.
Strong understanding of HR & consulting solutions, trends, and challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluent English is a must.
