Job Description

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Min 1 year of experience in business development, account management, or sales, in the real estate industry

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding acquisition targets

Fluency in English and Arabic

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret market data

Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Job Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with clients and partners in the industry

Negotiate and close deals to bring sustained revenue

Analyze industry trends and competitor activities

Identify potential business partnerships or deals

Achieve growth and hit sales targets through effective account management

Create and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs

Present reports on sales, revenue, expenses and provide realistic forecasts to management

Identify new markets and industry changes while staying up-to-date on products and competition
