Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Specialist to join our growing Healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our service offerings and expand our market presence in the competitive healthcare landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and analyze new business opportunities in the healthcare sector to increase company revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, payers, and partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create value propositions and enhance service offerings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies and identify industry trends.
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and potential clients.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company's services and engage with potential clients.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing new business and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including regulations and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
