Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Senior Business Development Specialist. The role is responsible for driving business growth, identifying strategic opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. The position involves market analysis, tender management, and close coordination with internal teams to support revenue generation and strategic expansion

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within mining, drilling, exploration, and consulting sectors

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming tenders

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

• Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction

• Prepare and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals

• Coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams

• Develop pricing strategies and commercial offer

• Conduct market research and prepare reports for management

• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions

• Track pipeline, opportunities, and performance using CRM & ERP (Odoo)

• Prepare reports on KPIs such as win rate and revenue contribution

 

Qualifications

• Saudi National required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mining Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Development or Commercial roles

• Experience in mining, drilling, or industrial sectors is required

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and procurement processes

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Strategic thinking and business acumen

• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in CRM systems and ERP (Odoo preferred)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Fluent in English and Arabic
