Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Business Development Specialist with a strong blend of
technical understanding and business insight. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating how AI and digital solutions can be positioned within different business contexts, defining relevant use cases, supporting rapid POC execution with technical teams, and ensuring opportunities are well-prepared for a smooth handover to the sales team for closure.
This role acts as a key link between
clients, technical teams, and sales, ensuring solutions are both technically feasible and commercially valuable.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business requirements and identify suitable AI and digital solutions to address their challenges.
- Position Nabeh's (or Baseer's) solutions according to each client's industry, business model, and sector-specific needs.
- Define and develop use cases that clearly demonstrate solution value and differentiation.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth, fast, and high-quality POC execution.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and translate technical outputs into business value.
- Support market analysis and identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and expansion.
- Assist the sales team with solution demonstrations, technical presentations, and client discussions.
- Ensure opportunities are clearly defined, validated, and smoothly transitioned to the sales team for deal closure.
- Stay up to date with AI technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, solution engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, computer vision, speech recognition, and related applications.
- Proven experience managing technical POCs and translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business, product, sales, and technical teams.
