Senior Business Development Specialist

The role is responsible for identifying opportunities in the market, driving new business opportunities, and translating market needs into scalable revenue generating solutions and products that improve patient access, experience, and outcomes.

This position sits at the intersection of clinical operations, technology, and commercial strategy, ensuring that healthcare offerings are aligned with regulatory requirements, payer models, and evolving patient expectations.

In addition, the role requires the ability to design, structure, and bundle integrated service packages combining clinical services, digital health solutions, and value based offerings tailored to different customer segments, payers, and market needs to maximize adoption, impact, and commercial performance.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably across homecare, digital health, and/or primary care centers
