We are looking for a highly experienced Business Setup Manager who understands the UAE's business landscape inside-out — from Mainland and Freezone structures to DIFC holding companies and family wealth structuring.
This role is not just about processing licenses — it's about advising clients strategically, helping them choose the right jurisdiction, structure, and setup that aligns with their long-term business and tax goals.
Key Responsibilities- Client Advisory & ConsultationAct as a trusted advisor for entrepreneurs, investors, and corporates entering the UAE market
- Recommend the right jurisdiction: Mainland vs Freezone vs DIFC
- Guide clients on business activities, ownership structures, and regulatory requirements
- Jurisdiction ExpertiseIn-depth understanding of:
- UAE Mainland company formation
- Major Freezones (IFZA, DMCC, Meydan, etc.)
- DIFC structures including:
- Holding companies
- Family offices
- Prescribed companies
- Advise on cross-border structuring and international expansion
- Business Activity MappingIdentify and align client business activities with the correct licensing authorities
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and permitted activities
- DIFC & Family StructuringSet up and manage DIFC holding structures
- Guide HNIs on family wealth structuring, asset protection, and succession planning
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for complex structures
- End-to-End Setup ManagementOversee the complete company formation lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams (PRO, compliance, banking, tax)
- Ensure smooth documentation, approvals, and licensing
- Banking & Compliance SupportAssist clients with corporate bank account opening
- Ensure KYC/AML compliance and due diligence readiness
- Sales & Revenue ContributionConvert qualified leads into clients through consultative selling
- Upsell additional services (accounting, tax, audit, office solutions)
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in UAE business setup consultancy
- Strong knowledge of:
- UAE Mainland & Freezone licensing
- DIFC company structures & regulations
- Business activities and regulatory approvals
- Experience dealing with HNI clients and international investors
- Strong understanding of:
- UAE Corporate Tax
- Compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to close deals and manage high-value clients
