We are seeking a high-caliber
Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between our KSA-based clients, product leads, and offshore engineering teams. We are looking for an analytical powerhouse who excels at decomposing complex business visions into precise, technical specifications. The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker who understands the nuances of the Saudi market and can navigate the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with technical rigor and professional maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Engineering: Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to extract, challenge, and refine business requirements
- Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality, developer-ready documentation, including BRDs, SRS, and detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria (Gherkin style preferred)
- System Modeling: Architect the logical flow of the solution using BPMN 2.0, Sequence Diagrams, ERDs, and Integration Mappings
- Backlog Management: Own the product backlog in Jira/Azure DevOps, ensuring items are prioritized, estimated, and meet the Definition of Ready.
- Validation & QA Support: Work alongside QA teams to ensure test cases align with business logic and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with clients
- Localization: Ensure system logic and user flows are culturally and linguistically optimized for the KSA market
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, with a proven track record in Mobile & Web Product Development
- Technical Mastery:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Expert knowledge of BPMN and tools like Visio, tableau and Power PI
- Mastery of Azure DevOps
- Agile Expert: Deep understanding of Scrum and the ability to operate within fast-paced, iterative sprints
- Communication: Native Arabic speaker with excellent English mastery. Must be able to present complex technical logic to non-technical stakeholders clearly
- Domain Knowledge: Experience with KSA digital transformation trends and regulatory environments is a significant plus
Employment Details
- Location: 100% Remote (Offshore)
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Availability: Must maintain a consistent schedule with core hours overlapping with KSA Time
