The Senior Business Trainer is responsible for delivering high-impact business training, leading skills-gap analyses, and designing advanced learning solutions that support organizational capability building. The role contributes to shaping the learning strategy by developing standardized, high-quality training materials, mentoring junior trainers, and partnering with business units to ensure training programs are aligned with company objectives and performance needs. The Senior Trainer ensures continuous improvement of training content, delivery methods, and evaluation processes to enhance employee competence and drive business results.
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Delivers high-quality business training across various domains and employee levels.
- Ensures training fully meets organizational needs and supports competency development across business units.
- Adapts facilitation methods to different learner groups while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
Skills Gap Analysis & Learning Needs Assessment:
- Leads and conducts advanced skills-gap analyses with line managers, HRBPs, and business leaders.
- Identifies capability gaps and converts findings into structured development plans and learning pathways.
- Aligns learning interventions with business priorities and performance goals.
Training Content Development & Standardization:
- Designs, develops, and enhances training materials, including presentations, manuals, case studies, and assessments.
- Ensures all materials meet internal quality standards and/or accreditation requirements.
- Drives continuous improvement and innovation in training content, tools, and methodologies.
Evaluation, Reporting & Quality Assurance:
- Conducts multi-level pre- and post-training evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
- Prepares and submits detailed reports on trainee progress, evaluation scores, and training outcomes.
- Leads quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with competency frameworks.
Collaboration, Mentoring & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Mentors junior trainers, providing guidance, coaching, and developmental feedback.
- Collaborates closely with subject-matter experts and business units to design tailored learning solutions.
- Acts as a trusted L&D partner, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, satisfaction, and alignment with strategic objectives.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
Experience in corporate training environments is highly desirable.
Special Certification or Training Required: Certified Trainer.
Required Industry Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience.
Technological Requirements: Excellent command of Microsoft Suites.
Language Requirements: Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
