Role Description

This is a full-time, senior-level position for a Cath Lab Nurse, based on-site in Riyadh at the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center. The Senior Cath Lab Nurse will oversee and deliver advanced nursing care to patients undergoing catheterization procedures and other cardiac interventions. Responsibilities include assisting physicians during procedures, monitoring patients, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves mentoring and supervising junior staff while contributing to continuous quality improvement in the cath lab environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cardiac Nursing and general Nursing practices
• Expertise in Cath Lab and Cardiac Catheterization procedures
• Strong knowledge of Cardiology principles and patient care
• Leadership and mentorship skills for guiding junior staff
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Valid nursing license and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
• Previous experience in a senior nursing role within a cardiac care or cath lab setting is preferred
