Ensure that the overall strategy is translated into annual operational business plans for the Offshore Marine business unit to guarantee continuous improvement.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and threats; propose plans and take actions to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks.
Direct the preparation and consolidation of the Offshore Marine budget and monitor the financial performance versus the forecasted budget.
Ensure tenders are responded to with the highest level of professionalism - time, technical specifications, pricing, etc.
Responsible for marketing, chartering, and sub-chartering of vessels.
Ensure operations/work processes occur in accordance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and any other standards and requirements to which compliance is required.
Skills
Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience: At least 10 - 15 years of work experience gained in companies of repute, with a proven track record in business development and tenders for the Offshore industry
Middle East experience
Presentation, Analytic tools
Fluent English (must have) Arabic (highly desirable)
Strong understanding of the offshore industry gained thru working in the industry Understanding of Oil & Gas, offshore EPC Construction companies as it relates to services, projects, etc.
