About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will lead and manage civil engineering projects from design through construction, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects
- Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and environmental regulations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction
- Identify risks and propose effective engineering solutions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant civil engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, STAAD)
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and report-writing abilities
