Key Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end procurement processes for civil construction projects
-Build & maintain strong supplier and subcontractor relationships
-Ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement aligned with project needs
-Evaluate bids, negotiate prices & contracts, and monitor supplier performance
-Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
-Collaborate with project teams to forecast material needs & optimize supply chain
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
5 to 8 years of proven experience in procurement within the civil engineering in construction industry.
Strong knowledge of EPC project procurement processes and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
Experience with sourcing civil construction materials, equipment, and services.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
