Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead ethics and compliance, including legal regulatory, efforts for our business operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Compliance Manager will also focus on public sector and sovereign wealth fund engagements, including the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and affiliated entities.This role will play a critical part in identifying, managing, and mitigating anticorruption and ethics risks, including those arising under the local laws and regulations, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act, and other applicable global antibribery and public integrity laws as well as support in various local regulatory compliance areas, such as cybersecurity.
Responsibilities Include
- Serve as the primary compliance lead for Omnissa's Saudi Arabia operations and relevant public sector and commercial engagements.
- Ensure adherence to relevant laws, standards, and Omnissa policies through the design and implementation of robust compliance policies and procedures, internal controls, learning, communications, control testing and continuous improvement of the compliance program.
- Work collaboratively with global legal and compliance teams to ensure the compliance program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is right fit for Omnissa.
- Provide real time compliance guidance to global legal and compliance teams, business operations, sales, and other internal teams.
- Advise on compliance risks related to sovereign wealth funds (including PIF and portfolio companies), ministries, agencies, and state-owned or state-controlled entities.
- Advise on compliance risks related to public procurement, tenders, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct and oversee risk-based due diligence on third parties, agents, consultants, and partners.
- Conduct transactional reviews relating to gifts, travel, conflicts of interest, hospitality, sponsorships, donations, and incentives.
- Assess compliance red flags and ensure appropriate escalation, mitigation, or remediation actions.
- Assist with internal and external audit initiatives to support the strategic goals of Omnissa.
- Develop and deliver compliance trainings.
- Reinforce a strong ethical culture consistent with both global standards and local norms.
- Manage or support internal investigations.
- Assist with other compliance project as needed.
What will you bring to Omnissa
- Law degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 58 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or Ethics and risk management roles.
- Demonstrated experience with FCPA and global anticorruption compliance in high risk or emerging markets.
- Experience supporting or advising public sector or sovereign linked transactions.
- Familiarity with PIF structures, government tendering processes, or public sector commercial models.
- Strong understanding of third party risk management frameworks.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to operate in sensitive environments.
- Prior experience working in or covering Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in multinational organizations.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
