Senior Construction Manager - Building

An international contractor are seeking an accomplished Senior Construction Manager to join the leadership team on a large-scale, prestigious building project in Riyadh. The project has a sustainable design and features high-end, architecturally complex finishes. The successful candidate will provide overall leadership and direction for site operations, managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver a complex, detail-driven project to the highest international standards. You will play a critical role in coordinating construction activities where exceptional workmanship and precise integration of complex finishes are paramount.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

A degree in Civil Engineering or similar

Extensive experience as a Senior Construction Manager on large, complex building projects

Proven track record delivering prestigious developments with high-end, complex finishes in the Middle East

Experience working with international main contractors

Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and interface management

Should be based in Saudi Arabia
