Responsibilities
- Provide expert obstetric and gynecological care, including management of high-risk pregnancies and complicated gynecological conditions
- Lead and perform advanced surgical procedures with precision and adherence to best practices
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
- Engage in patient education and counseling on reproductive health, preventive care, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Stay current with medical advancements through continued professional development and research participation
Requirements
- Medical degree from a recognized institution with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Extensive clinical experience with a minimum of 7-10 years in obstetrics and gynecology
- Proven expertise in managing complex obstetric and gynecological cases, including surgeries
- Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams while maintaining high standards of patient care
