- We are seeking a skilled OpenShift container platform with extensive experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in container orchestration, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps practices.
- Candidates will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing OpenShift environments, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for applications.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement OpenShift architecture.
Evaluate and recommend best practices for containerization and orchestration.
Deploy, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters across multiple environments.
- Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor cluster performance and optimize resource utilization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenShift deployments.
- Documentation & Training:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for OpenShift environments.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on OpenShift best practices.
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of applications into the OpenShift environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fi eld.
- Experience:
5+ years of experience at OpenShift.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Strong understanding of networking, storage, and security in OpenShift.
Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, Helm).
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) and logging solutions.
- Certifications: OpenShift preferred.
