Job Summary:
An experienced Senior Consultant Product Manager with 8 years of proven expertise in technology product development, strategic consulting, and cross-functional leadership. This role is instrumental in driving the full lifecycle of digital productsfrom concept to launchwithin a fast-paced and innovation-driven tech environment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong business acumen, deep technical understanding, and a passion for delivering impactful, user-centric digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product management process for digital and technology-based solutions.
- Provide strategic consulting and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients on product direction and roadmap.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Manage product backlog, define MVPs, and lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Analyze product performance using data-driven KPIs and iterate based on insights and user feedback.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and customer onboarding experiences.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering consultative insights to support product success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or certifications like PMP, CSPO, or SAFe Agile are a plus).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management within the technology sector, preferably in SaaS, cloud solutions, or digital platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma).
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong command of data tools and metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management, client-facing, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in a dynamic tech environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in high-growth or enterprise-level tech companies.
