This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Senior Consultant at QHM Consultancies. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for analyzing organizational structures, creating strategies to optimize business processes, and providing tailored recommendations to clients. Key tasks include conducting research, leading consulting engagements, managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering customized solutions to support business growth. The role also involves conducting in-depth evaluations to align businesses with international standards and ensuring successful project implementation.

• Proven expertise in Business Management, Company Formation, and Strategic Planning
• Strong skills in Research, Data Analysis, and Performance Assessment
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Stakeholder Engagement skills
• Project Management experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of Quality Standards and Standardization practices
• Experience with policy development and organizational optimization is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks in the UAE is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
