Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant at Y THE BROKERS, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Consultant will lead client engagements focused on real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, market analysis, and strategic advisory. Responsibilities include cultivating client relationships, identifying potential opportunities in the market, preparing detailed reports, negotiating deals, and providing insights for decision-making processes. The Senior Consultant will also collaborate with both internal teams and clients to ensure seamless execution and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Real Estate Market Analysis and Strategic Advisory
• Proven skills in Negotiation, Client Engagement, and Deal Structuring
• Excellent ability in Research, Report Preparation, and Data Interpretation
• Leadership abilities to guide clients through complex real estate transactions
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with market tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate brokerage or consultancy is highly advantageous
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred
