Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant located in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will manage client consultations, provide expert advice on real estate investments, conduct market analysis, facilitate property showings, and negotiate sales and purchase agreements. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets will be fundamental to the role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Consulting and Real Estate is A MUST
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience and proficiency in Sales and client relationship management
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop tailored property solutions
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems is an advantage
