Senior Content Creator & Creative Lead

About Squad 101:

Squad101 is a premium health, wellness, and transformation retreat located approximately 15 km from Sheikh Zayed City (around 15 minutes by car). We are building an in-house creative engine to own our content quality, storytelling, and brand presence.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Content Creator & Creative Lead who is hands-on, highly creative, and capable of producing premium visual content (video, photography, and design). This role is primarily creative, with responsibility for building monthly content calendars and contributing creative ideas to our marketing direction.

What You Will Do:

Create high-end visual content (video & photography) for Squad101's social platforms.

Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and premium lifestyle content.

Capture and edit professional photos (lifestyle, people, facilities, experiences).

Create carousels and static posts with a premium visual look & feel.

Own the creative quality and visual direction of Squad101's content.

Build monthly content calendars with management and align with campaigns.

Contribute creative ideas and concepts for attention-grabbing content.

Execute daily stories and behind-the-scenes content.

Produce guest testimonials and transformation stories.

Organize and maintain a structured content library for marketing and ads.

Handle occasional design needs (presentations, brochures, menus, simple documents).

Collaborate with management and sales on campaign content and messaging.

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in videography, video editing, and photography.

Ability to design static posts and carousels with good visual taste.

A strong creative eye and sense of storytelling and visual direction.

Basic understanding of content planning and marketing strategy (not advanced media buying).

Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and short-form platforms.

Comfortable directing people on camera and capturing real moments.

Proficiency with tools such as CapCut / Premiere, Canva, and basic Photoshop.

Organized, proactive, and hands-on.

Willing to be on-site on working days and capture real moments.

Comfortable commuting daily to our location (15 km from Sheikh Zayed City).

Working Conditions:

Full-time, on-site role

8 days off per month (monthly leave credit)

Working location: Squad101 Retreat (approx. 15 minutes from Sheikh Zayed)

Compensation:

Salary range: 15,000 20,000 EGP per month

Full daily Gourmet meals provided at the retreat as part of the package (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Beverages)

Occasional Performanc bonuses (KPI based)
