We're looking for a senior profile who can think strategically, create intentionally, and own content end-to-end. This role sits at the core of our Content & Strategy Department, bridging thinking, creation, and execution.
Role Scope
- Own content thinking and creation across brands, campaigns, and platforms
- Translate business, brand, and performance goals into clear content directions
- Act as a strategic content lead, not a production-only role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content ideation, narratives, and messaging frameworks
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives
- Write and oversee high-quality content (social, scripts, ads, long-form, brand storytelling)
- Build structured content calendars with clear objectives and direction
- Ensure consistency of tone of voice and messaging across all outputs
- Review, edit, and elevate content produced by the team
- Collaborate closely with design and performance to ensure content serves its purpose
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations
- Analyze content performance and adjust direction based on insights
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in content creation and content strategy
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Experience working in agencies or fast-paced brand environments
- Ability to lead content direction and make decisions
- Strong writing, storytelling, and conceptual skills: English and Arabic
- Comfortable owning responsibility, not just delivering tasks
- Portfolio that shows both creative quality and strategic thinking
