Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and amendments in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance of contracts with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and deliverables, and escalate deviations when necessary.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, clients, and subcontractors to secure favorable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams to align contract terms with operational requirements.
- Prepare reports and summaries on contract status, risks, and financial impacts for management.
- Support the resolution of contract disputes and claims in collaboration with legal and operational teams.
- Assist in developing standard contract templates and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Promote compliance, transparency, and accountability in all contract administration processes.
- Ensure alignment of individual and team efforts with the organization's strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor, as required to support departmental and organizational objectives
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum Experience 5–7 years of experience in contract administration or management.
- Experience in facility management, construction, or service industries preferred.
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., IACCM/WorldCC, NCMA) – preferred.
- Legal or compliance-related certifications – an advantage
