Senior Contracts & Procurement Manager

We are expanding our team for an exciting Large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Senior Contracts & Procurement Manager.

Qualifications and professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
• Master's degree in Construction Law / Commercial Management – Preferred
• PMP certification would be considered a plus
• FIDIC Certification would be considered a plus
• Training in Contract Law / Claims Management – Preferred
• 12–15+ years of experience
• Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants
• Alternatively, experience with Tier 1 Contractors is acceptable
• Experience with major developers is a strong advantage
• Strong exposure to mega projects / mixed-use developments is required
• Must have client-facing experience and ability to represent client commercially
• Experience within large scale Infrastructure, Residential, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Resorts, Marine or Mixed Use Developments
