Job Description:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents in English, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on contractual matters.
- Maintain organized contract records and monitor performance to proactively address issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals while minimizing legal risks.
Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, with proven expertise in reviewing, revising, and drafting contracts from scratch.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
