We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive/ Insurance to join our team and drive business growth by developing and managing relationships with corporate clients. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, promoting insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets within the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the corporate market.
  • Present and promote the company's insurance products and services to potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized insurance solutions based on client needs.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and underwriting to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Follow up with clients to maintain long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts and work toward sales targets.
