We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cost Control Engineer to join our team and oversee cost management activities across Civil and MEP works for large-scale construction projects.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cost monitoring, and ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project budgets for Civil and MEP works
- Monitor project expenditures and analyze cost variances
- Prepare cost forecasts and financial reports
- Review subcontractor payments and variations
- Coordinate with project managers, planning engineers, and procurement teams
- Ensure alignment between cost control, scheduling, and project progress
- Support management with financial insights and risk analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil / Mechanical engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in cost control within construction projects
- Strong experience in both Civil and MEP cost management
- Proficiency in cost control systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Experience in large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects is preferred
