Location: Head Office - Baghdad (Relocation provided by the company)
Job Summary
Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling costs related to Facilities Management operations to ensure budget adherence and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor FM operational costs against approved budgets
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Control manpower, materials, consumables, and subcontractor costs
- Review purchase orders, invoices, and service contracts
- Support cost optimization and cost-saving initiatives
- Assist in audits and financial reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
- 35 years of cost control experience in Facilities Management or Construction.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Experience in Iraq or similar project environments preferred
- English required; Arabic is an advantage
