- g.Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis within the construction industr
- y.Proficient in cost control software and tools, such as Primavera P6, MS Excel, and other project management softwar
- e.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound recommendation
- s.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse project teams and stakeholder
- s.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plu
