Hiring: Senior Manager Cost Control | Operations | UAE
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Cost Control to lead cost management across multiple projects within a large, complex project environment. This is a senior operational role responsible for budgets, forecasting, reporting, and risk management, while also leading and developing a cost control team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost control across multiple projects, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow and variance analysis
- Ensure accurate, timely cost reporting and strong audit trails through integrated systems
- Review and approve cost trackers, VOWD, accruals and payment applications
- Identify and mitigate cost risks and drive corrective actions
- Lead audits, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage, mentor and develop cost control staff
- Interface with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or similar
- Minimum 15 years experience in cost control within large-scale projects
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong background in cost systems, reporting and financial controls
- MUST BE FLUENT IN Arabic and English
- Planning experience is an advantage
