About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CSR Manager to lead and execute public welfare and disaster response initiatives across the MENA region.

In this role, you will manage CSR projects, humanitarian programs, and emergency response initiatives, working closely with international organizations, NGOs, and regional partners. You'll play a key role in ensuring impactful project delivery while supporting the company's global social responsibility and brand initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of public welfare and CSR projects, from planning to delivery and post-project evaluation
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder collaborations including NGOs, relief organizations, and partners
• Develop and implement natural disaster response frameworks and emergency action plans
• Lead disaster relief project execution, including logistics coordination and on-site management
• Assess policy, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to humanitarian initiatives
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and impact assessments
• Support partnerships with international institutions and organizations such as United Nations and regional humanitarian groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience in project management, CSR programs, humanitarian operations, or NGO initiatives
• Exposure to disaster response, emergency management, or public welfare programs is a strong advantage
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments
• Fluency in Arabic is essential
