Online orders fulfillments (confirmation/delivery/exchanges/returns)
Customers inquiries handling (phone/social media/emails)
Reporting and analysis
Communicating with back offices and non-customer-facing departments
Great ability to multitask
Good knowledge of CRM and Omni-channel modules (Zoho/Zendesk/Freshworks..etc)
Familiar with loyalty programs and C. Sat practices

Profile:
Very good level of English (written spoken)
3 to 4 years of experience in multinational call centers (preferably with online shops background)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
