Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Senior Customer Service Representative will also handle escalated customer issues, maintain customer satisfaction standards, and identify opportunities to improve overall service efficiency and quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance processes will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in improving Customer Experience and maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Ability to handle escalations professionally and maintain service quality standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proven experience with relevant CRM tools and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being self-driven
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in eCommerce or retail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
