Role Brief:
The objective of this role is to have a CVM campaign specialist growth lead who overlooks the growth operations in KSA and Egypt and ensures that the campaign flow and experiments are executed and documented correctly and following the agreed plan with the Marketing Manager.
What you will be working on here in Koinz:
- Planning and executing the needed experiments and campaigns per
segment and running their post-analysis.
- Ensure documenting the executed campaigns with their conclusions.
- Executing the segmentation enhancements and analysis to enhance
the A/B testing reliability.
- Handling the alignment with the Operations and Account Management
teams for running campaigns and experiments.
- Handling the alignment with the product team on the needed tools and
enhancements.
- Alignment with the Marketing teams on the tonality and the used
scripts in the communications.
- Gets involved in the planning cycle with the management and adds
their inputs based on the post-analysis and the experiments.
- Responsible for exploring and deploying the CRM tools that fit the
campaigns team needs.
- Provide direct support for all campaign-related activities for other
growth team members.
- Provide support and information for the timely execution of campaign
solicitation strategies, briefings, research, proposals, and follow-up.
Ensure all related planning activity is recorded.
- Manage campaign calendar and coordinate team calendars for
meetings, prepare and distribute agenda, and document meetings on a
rotatory basis.
- Support the distribution of regular progress reports, including results to
date, recent activity, priorities, and next actions.
- Coordinate or conduct appropriate meetings to resolve questions and
develop meeting materials.
What you will need to fit in this position:
- Experience in the campaigns field and can do what is coming next.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, business
administration, or related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in the growth field, with good knowledge
of SQL.
- Experience: strong administration and fundraising experience.
- Well-developed social skills and the ability to work within all levels of
an organization.
- A spirit of helpfulness that is marked by tenacity, cooperation, a
willingness to think outside the box and leading by example.
- Knowledge of computer operations and software products including
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, M. Gale uses Microsoft 365.
- Must demonstrate strong writing skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evening and
weekend work.
- Proven track record of customer relations and organizational processes
and ability to multitask.
