We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our growing Data Analytics team in Riyadh. In this role, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead advanced analytics initiatives, and contribute to data governance and quality standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex data analysis projects from inception to delivery
- Collect, clean, validate, and prepare large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop and implement advanced analytical models and statistical techniques
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities
- Design dashboards and reports to communicate insights clearly to senior management
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a concise and impactful manner
- Define, implement, and maintain data quality and governance standards
- Mentor and support junior data analysts and contribute to team capability building
Qualifications & Requirements
- Arabic (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field ( Preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and analysis
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, especially Power BI
- Experience with statistical analysis using Python or similar tools
- Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and analytical best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare, Population Health, or Public Sector data
- 8+ years of overall experience in data analytics
- Exposure to data governance frameworks and enterprise reporting environments
