Senior Data Analyst

About the Company: We're looking for experienced Data Analysts to join our team! This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business - from Learning and Operations to Product - to ensure data is accurate, actionable, and easy to interpret. You'll be part of a growing team of 5+ analysts, collaborating virtually across multiple countries. You'll be at the intersection of data, business, and learning, helping the company make data-driven decisions that directly impact student outcomes and business performance.

About the Role: You'll play a key role in supporting multiple teams across the key areas of the business while also contributing to B2C initiatives, helping us understand what drives student outcomes and which activities have the most impact.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business analysis, ideally in a fast-paced tech or product environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical foundation in SQL, Power BI, and Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a fast-paced tech or product environment.
